Coco is a 2-3 year old female English Cocker Spaniel cross Poodle. Coco came to us as her owner could no longer keep her. Her coat was not in great condition and she was quite matted, because of this she is currently sporting a rather radical looking clip. This will grow back in time and with regular grooming and visits to the groomer her coat will soon be looking much better. Coco doesn’t mind her new look as she feels so much more comfortable. She was not house trained, she is improving but accidents should be expected initially.
She is an energetic girl who would like new owners who are around for most of the day and if possible another similar sized dog who loves to play. Coco is a social girl who lives to play with other dogs and of course have cuddles from her humans. We do not know what she is like with cats or small furries but suspect she would be best without either in her new home. She lacks formal training and her foster has started working on her manners with her but this will need to continue with her new owners.
Coco will be fine with older children who can have a game with her and don’t mind too much if she bounces on them in her excitement. She is nervous in the car but this will improve with regular exposure and continued positive experiences. She is currently being fostered in Tatsfield Surrey TN16.
